At Fulfilled Bras, we believe your lingerie should feel as beautiful as it looks. If your selection isn’t quite right, we’re here to ensure the process is seamless and supportive.
How to apply for a refund
If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply email genna@fulfilledbras.com.au and Genna will personally get back to you with all the details you need, including the return address and postage instructions.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags must remain attached
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
For hygiene reasons, we ask that briefs are not tried on unless worn over underwear.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Fulfilled Bras is not responsible for items lost in transit

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or style, subject to availability. If we do not have your required size or style in stock, we can place a special order for you, with an estimated turnaround time of up to 2 weeks. If your requested item is unavailable, we can offer a store credit or refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Discounted items cannot be returned for a refund, only returned for store credit, or exchanged if stock allows.
